days MDP on Improving Efficiency and Effectiveness at Jaipur
Rugs Group
Jaipuria Institute of
Management, Jaipur (JIMJ) conducted 2-days Management
Development Program for Jaipur Rugs Group on 20 & 27, June,
2009. The MDP is designed keeping in view the ever
increasing demands for efficiency and effectiveness on
business/professional executives.
There were 15 participants from
top-level management, handling diverse and varied
responsibilities at Jaipur Rugs Group. The content of the
program tailored to meet the universal need for efficiency
and effectiveness. The analysis of efficiency and
effectiveness is about the relationships between inputs,
outputs and outcomes. It is important to know how far a
given organization can be expected to increase its output by
simply increasing its efficiency, without absorbing further
resources.
The program is designed, developed and delivered by Dr.
Subhash Datta, Director, Jaipuria Institute of Management,
Jaipur. The focus of the program was “Experiential Learning”
–Learning made easy through Management Games like Win as
Much as You Can and Team Building Exercises.
The topics included Problem Solving and Decision Making,
Strategic Planning, Communication Skills, Team Building and
Multi Criteria Decision Making.
